Do I really think The Departed is better than Raging Bull? That's the only thing I'm not sure of, looking at the list now.
You also still have some Scorsese films awaiting you, so we'll see.
Well, to be honest, I don't even remember much about Raging Bull other than it was in black and white and I was disappointed. It just seemed pointless to me. I didn't care about the boxer. You get to the end and you say to yourself, 'Yeah that guy was kind of an asshole but he kept on going...as an asshole, aaand so what?'
Exactly. Sure it was better than the average movie but "one of the greatest movies ever made"? It wasn't even one of Scorsese's best movies, @%.
